Mia K. Wright is inspiring people around the globe to pursue their passion for living. She is a motivational speaker, women’s conference presenter, and corporate work-life balance coach. As a speaker, Mia has shared transformational messages in churches, town halls, convention centers, hotels, corporate venues, schools, mud huts, and prisons around the world. Mia is the Co-Pastor at The Fountain of Praise. Alongside her husband, Pastor Remus E. Wright, the couple leads a congregation of more than 20,000 members, making theirs one of the largest churches in the USA. She serves as Director of Ministries, and manages the Social Media platforms. Mia’s passion is fulfilled as the Executive Director of the Metamorphosis, Inc., a women’s empowerment organization.

Dr. Monica G. Williams

Dr. Monica G. Williams has nearly 20 years of progressive administrative experience in non-profit and educational leadership. Currently, she is the Southwest Regional Managing Director for the United States Fund for UNICEF where she is responsible for increasing awareness around the plight of children living in impoverished nations by communicating the U.S. Fund’s mission and having a public presence. An educational advocate and accomplished fundraiser, Dr. Williams has devoted the majority of her career to social services and the advancement of underrepresented groups by raising money to support an array of worthy causes. A native Houstonian, Dr. Williams holds a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A. in Communications from Texas Southern University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Prairie View A & M University. She is married to Eric D. Davis and is the proud, mother of Brittaney Cooks Harvey who is married to Toshay Harvey.

Nina Wilson Jones

Nina Wilson Jones is a Managing Director of The New Directions Center, LLC, a Personal Development firm with the mission to encourage, educate and elevate the self-worth of women seeking a new direction in life. She facilitates the Divorce Recovery, Business Plan Coaching and Faith Based Counseling programs, along with the general management and strategic direction of the agency. She is a Certified Christian Counselor, public speaker, trainer and business administrator. A fifteen year corporate veteran, Nina was a recognized lender for a top 3 U. S. bank and led a team with national retail business development responsibilities. She has also led non-profit and faith-based organizations to improved performance and resource development success.

Tonya Chatton Jordan

Tonya Chatton Jordan is Senior Counsel at ConocoPhillips Company where she has worked for over 20 years in various positions within the Legal Department, including working as a senior legal advisor in the company's Stavanger, Norway office. Tonya's primary responsibility at ConocoPhillips is to advise the company's executive leadership, business unit managers/supervisors, and human resource professionals on labor and employment law matters. Tonya became a member of the Metamorphosis Board of Directors in 2010, has traveled with Metamorphosis to execute the inaugural Metamorphosis South Africa Conferenece. She is also a member of the Metamorphosis Compassion Team. She is joyfully married to Eric H. Jordan.

Sharon Phillips

Former Bank Executive with over 25+ years of experience as Foundation Manager of Corporate & Community Affairs for Washington Mutual bank. Sharon has work with a variety of non-profits, served on boards in key positions within multiple states she's also received countless awards and has been featured in Who's Who of Black Houston and honored to receive the first award from Rollingout as Most Influential Woman. She has been apart of Metamorphosis since it was established. Her relationships with Philanthropist, community leaders, for-profit/non-profits keeps her as an asset within the community. Sharon has been married to Will Phillips for 27 years.
